Acceptable Use Policy

The following are not accepted on Runx screens: tobacco and vaping products; cannabis; gambling; adult content; partisan political messaging; anything that discriminates on protected characteristics; and direct competitors of the host location.

Host locations may add their own prohibited categories, which override this list for their screens.

Creative must meet the technical specification (MP4 H.264 or still JPG/PNG, 1080 × 1620 px, exactly 15 or 30 seconds for video, up to 200 MB) and be delivered at least 3 business days before launch.

Every creative is reviewed before it goes on air. The host location approves advertisers on its screens. We may request changes or decline creative that does not meet this policy.

Runx and the host location may remove any content that violates this policy, applicable law, or the host's stated restrictions, typically within one business day of a request.

Advertisers are responsible for their creative, including all claims, rights and legal compliance. Submitting creative confirms you hold the rights to use it and that it complies with this policy.
