RunX Inc provides growth, marketing, technology, automation, CRM, AI communication, and related business services.
Services for trucking companies may include:
- driver recruiting advertising
- recruiting campaign strategy and setup
- recruiting websites, landing pages, and forms
- CRM setup and pipeline management
- candidate routing and recruiter workflows
- AI voice and chat qualification
- SMS, call, and email follow-up automation
- missed-call and inactive-contact follow-up
- integrations and custom workflow development
- analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting
- campaign optimization
- onboarding, consulting, and technical support
The exact services, deliverables, timing, pricing, and responsibilities for a client project may be defined in a separate proposal, order form, statement of work, subscription, or service agreement.
If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the separate written agreement controls for that specific engagement.
Business Inquiries and Form Submissions
When submitting information through our website, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We may use the submitted information to:
- respond to your inquiry
- schedule a consultation or demonstration
- evaluate your company’s needs
- discuss relevant RunX services
- prepare service recommendations or proposals

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, guarantee service availability, or require RunX Inc to accept a project.
No Guarantee of Recruiting or Advertising Results
Advertising, recruiting, marketing, AI, CRM, and automation results depend on factors that may be outside the control of RunX Inc, including:
- advertising budget
- geographic market
- driver availability
- compensation and employment terms
- insurance requirements
- client response time
- recruiter performance
- market competition
- advertising platform policies
- campaign history and data
- client-provided materials and information
- seasonal and economic conditions
RunX Inc does not guarantee:
- a specific number of inquiries or candidates
- a specific cost per inquiry
- a specific number of qualified drivers
- interviews, hires, placements, or retention
- revenue or profit
- uninterrupted advertising performance
- approval by advertising, communication, or software platforms
Any projections, examples, benchmarks, case studies, or estimates are informational and do not constitute guaranteed outcomes.
SMS Program and Consent
RunX Inc operates an SMS messaging program for individuals and business representatives who voluntarily provide their phone number through our website and manually select one or both optional SMS consent checkboxes.
Consent to SMS messaging is optional and is not required to submit a form or request services. Messages are sent according to the preferences selected by the user.
Non-Marketing SMS Communications. Individuals who select the non-marketing SMS checkbox may receive messages related to:
- inquiry follow-ups
- consultation and demo scheduling
- appointment confirmations and reminders
- driver recruiting advertising service discussions
- campaign setup
- onboarding reminders
- account or project updates
- reporting-related updates
- service notifications
- support replies
- other communications related to an inquiry or active service
Marketing SMS Communications. Individuals who select the marketing SMS checkbox may receive messages related to:

- trucking recruiting marketing tips
- educational content
- product and platform updates
- service announcements
- promotional offers
- special offers
- invitations to consultations, webinars, or events
- similar marketing communications
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary based on your selected preferences, inquiry status, account activity, scheduled appointments, and active services.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and messages sent by you to us.
Questions about your text messaging or data plan should be directed to your wireless carrier.
SMS Opt-In Method
Users may opt in to receive SMS messages from RunX Inc by:
- visiting a RunX Inc website or landing page
- entering their phone number and contact information
- manually selecting one or both optional SMS consent checkboxes
- submitting the applicable form
The marketing and non-marketing consent checkboxes are separate, are not pre-selected, and are not required to submit the form.
Users receive messages only according to the consent choices they select.
SMS Opt-Out and Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a RunX Inc text message.
After you send STOP, we may send an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages covered by that opt-out unless you provide consent again. To rejoin, submit the applicable form and opt in again.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by mobile carriers and other network providers and is outside the complete control of RunX Inc.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the RunX Inc SMS service or submit a business inquiry through forms intended for business representatives.
Privacy Policy
Our collection, use, retention, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing accurate and lawful business information
- reviewing and approving campaign content
- providing accurate employment, compensation, qualification, and service details
- responding to candidates and inquiries in a timely manner
- maintaining access to required accounts and platforms
- complying with employment, advertising, privacy, telemarketing, and messaging laws applicable to their business
- maintaining appropriate licenses, registrations, and insurance
- honoring consent and opt-out requirements in their own communications
- ensuring that claims made in advertisements are accurate and supportable
- obtaining required permissions for content, testimonials, photographs, logos, and other materials provided to RunX Inc
RunX Inc may rely on information supplied by the client when creating advertising, automations, workflows, websites, AI instructions, or communications.
Client Communication Compliance
When RunX Inc provides tools or systems that enable clients to communicate with drivers, candidates, customers, or other contacts, the client remains responsible for:
- determining whether the communication is lawful
- obtaining any required consent
- maintaining appropriate consent records
- honoring STOP and other opt-out requests
- ensuring the message content is accurate
- complying with applicable calling, texting, advertising, employment, and privacy requirements
RunX Inc may suspend workflows or services that appear unlawful, abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with platform or carrier rules.
Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
RunX services may depend on third-party platforms and providers, including:
- advertising networks
- CRM platforms
- phone, SMS, and email providers
- social media platforms
- AI and automation providers
- hosting and cloud services
- analytics providers
- integration tools
- domain and email providers
Third-party services are governed by their own policies, terms, fees, limitations, and availability.
RunX Inc is not responsible for:
- third-party outages or service interruptions
- platform suspensions or account restrictions
- policy or algorithm changes
- advertising account decisions
- carrier filtering or message-delivery failures
- API changes
- loss of functionality caused by third-party providers
- client violations of third-party platform rules
Fees and Payment
Fees, payment schedules, subscription terms, advertising budgets, third-party costs, and refund terms may be described in a separate proposal, invoice, order form, or service agreement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- advertising spend is separate from RunX service fees
- third-party software and communication charges may be billed separately
- the client is responsible for charges incurred through client-owned accounts
- project work may not begin until required payments and access are received
Intellectual Property
The RunX website, branding, designs, text, graphics, videos, software components, frameworks, documentation, workflows, and other original materials are owned by RunX Inc or its licensors.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, resold, or used without permission, except as allowed by law or a separate written agreement.
Ownership and usage rights for client-specific deliverables may be defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the RunX website or services to:
- violate any law or regulation
- send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications
- impersonate another person or business
- distribute malicious software
- interfere with system security or operation
- gain unauthorized access to accounts or information
- submit false or misleading information
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- promote prohibited goods, services, or messaging categories
- damage RunX systems, reputation, or service providers
Suspension or Termination
RunX Inc may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to services when reasonably necessary because of:
- nonpayment
- unlawful or abusive activity
- security risk
- violation of these Terms
- violation of a third-party platform’s rules
- failure to provide required access or information
- conduct that could expose RunX Inc or its providers to liability
The effect of termination, including access to systems, data, deliverables, and outstanding payments, may be governed by the applicable service agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
RunX Inc does not warrant that:
- the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- third-party platforms will remain available
- every automation or integration will operate without interruption
- campaigns will achieve specific results
- all communications will be delivered
- software or AI-generated outputs will always be complete or error-free
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunX Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- use of the website
- use or inability to use the services
- advertising or recruiting results
- third-party platforms
- communication delivery
- platform suspension
- data supplied by clients
- unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control
Any additional limitations, exclusions, or liability caps may be stated in the applicable service agreement.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RunX Inc and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- your misuse of the website or services
- information or materials you provide
- your advertising or employment claims
- communications sent on your behalf
- your violation of applicable law
- your violation of third-party rights or platform rules
- your violation of these Terms
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
